Karen is a skilled and passionate yoga teacher. She has a vast repertoire of movements and suggestions, and is skilled in finding solutions to individual, and complex needs. One of her strengths is assisting people to get started, then she offers just the right mix of classes to foster that desire to keep going. My body and my days are so much better for continued sessions with Karen. I’ve enjoyed and appreciated Karen’s yoga for at least five years, possibly more (can’t remember when I started!). So have many others. We should have posted reviews way back.
I did the beginner course with Karen a few years ago when I was pregnant and it was amazing. Karen is so intuitive and easy going, she helped me with modifications throughout the classes but I still felt in the flow. I learned so much about my body and it was the best introduction to Yoga. I’ve kept making my way back to Karen’s classes since and I am never disappointed and always feel like I’ve never been away. Highly recommend her course if you’re new to Yoga or even need a refresher.
I did the beginners course with Karen. I found it to be welcoming and achievable and hoping to use what I have learnt to support my inner self as well as developing some yoga skills. Karen was a calming and friendly influence to the group and I highly recommend any1 to try the beginners class if new to yoga.
