Fantastic service from the whole team, especially Carly, Nikki and Dr Rachel. Kodi & Kai are groomed and cared for here - it’s been a great experience. Importantly, they are recognised and treated as members of our family. There is never any time pressure during consults, explanations are clear and supported by useful documentation. What a great vet hospital. My dog was very unsure about being there, and they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Dr Brooke was very thorough and we were very happy with the treatment of our dog.

We have found all the vets we have seen at Vet Cross caring and thorough with our cats. Extremely compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our old man and lovely to deal with with our two young cats. All the staff have been friendly and helpful whenever we have visited.

My partner and I are so thankful for the staff at Vet Cross. The care and detail they gave us leading up to our dog’s surgery really helped take the stress away. Our boy is home and healing well. Thank you so much

I took my French Bulldog Moses in with yet another tail infection. Absolutely lovely vet that clipped his hair out of tail pocket and put him on meds. Even called me a week later to make sure my boy was doing well. Highly recommend and thank you to all staff
