I was very impressed by the professional approach at all levels of my consultation. The optometrist who conducted my eye examination was most professional and diligent in her examination. An anomaly was observed and a colleague was called in to confirm her observation and subsequently an appointment was scheduled with a specialist. If the diagnosis by Specsavers is correct this may well have been a life saving observation. My glasses arrived well within the nominated timeframe and were fitted by a very nice and professional young lady. Happy to recommend this service to anyone. Although I am not in a health fund the process was still affordable.

Due to cataract procedures in September 2023 and March 2024 I needed to use the services of this store on two occasions since my move to Bundaberg from Brisbane. From the initial greeting through to the collection of my spectacles I cannot isolate one staff member that I do not commend for their excellent service. Professional yet personable from start to finish. Congratulations to the owners of this store for their excellent interview selection and training. We have been a client of OPSM for many years , the last vist for new glasses was a great experience. As the lady doing the eye test was outstanding. Then the experience just got better as we learnt so much with our store assistant Bec. It was so refreshing to get such a great service from this amazing staff member. A big thanks.

Abby was my Optometrist and I couldn't have been happier. She was easy to chat with and ask questions of, etc. Plus she is very proficient and efficient at her job. I will go back again. I only wish buying glasses wasn't so expensive.

Another family visit today, another great experience. Family (and extended family) have been clients of this practice for 10 years. We usually see Andy, but have also seen Grant and Steve (and probably others) - very happy with each. Service by dispensing staff is attentive, informed and patient. Great judgement of fit and knowledge of product range, and what our health funds will/wont cover. Big thanks to Sarah for today - she went above and beyond. (And this has been our experience of staff on previous visits.) Our experience of after-sale service, and running repairs (bent frames, lost screws, etc.), is also very positive.

I was sent here by a pharmacist after blood vessel/s burst in my eye. Looked scary as hell! The staff were amazing. The optometrist Andy (?) was a real character and made me feel at ease immediately. Genuinely lovely staff. This is definitely the best optometrist i’ve ever experienced in bundy, qld, interstate and OS. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them
