Mark fixed my machine two days after I rang for a call-out and no spare parts were needed for the repair! I no longer have to entertain the thought of replacing all my Miele goods with other brands, as they die. JUST CALL MARK! We contacted FCAR after waiting for another repair company to help us. We had five appliances that all needed attending to and Mark came out and immediately knew what was wrong. He fixed the dryer the same day and after the Christmas break and receiving the parts he came and fixed the other four appliances. Great communication from Karen and the team and wonderful timely repairs from Mark. Very very happy and didn't break the bank. Would recommend to anyone.

At the mother in law’s place and on arrival washing machine not working. Jason returned my call. Diagnosed the problem after a few minutes. Bought some magnets and glue next day. $12 to fix myself. Washing machine ready for next 30 years.
