ARRIVE ON TIME MELTON REVIEWS

Noel called ahead of time and checked if we would like an early visit for our washing machine repairs, which I had only called for that morning but they fit us in same-day. He was prompt in attending the house and knew exactly where to find the root of the problem, and was able to fix it promptly with no fuss or “need for more parts=charge” etc. he also taught us about the machine, so going forward we could fix it ourselves and save the call-out fee… fantastic!! Very happy!

Noel was very helpful - very communicative about arrival time (let me know he was going to be early!), knew his stuff, had our washing machine working again within half an hour.

Noel was professional and courteous. Rang before arrival and explained what the problem was. Very happy.
