We engaged Simon Irwin of iArchitecture to design a renovation of our beachfront house in Callala beach. The renovation involved an internal redesign of the space to suit our family needs but also an external make over designed to protect the house from the environment whilst retaining the beachside character. There were several iterations and design options along the way and Simon guided us through the process to land on the final design which we were very happy with. Simon was very easy to work with and it felt a very collaborative process from initial design through to appointing the builder, Warren Sanders of Sanders Construction and all the way to build completion and handover. I would highly recommend Simon and his team as architects that are sympathetic to a customers needs, professional in their execution and easy to deal with.

We wanted to add a bedroom, cellar and living area to our existing house in Broughton Vale and also remodel some of the other internal rooms. Colin and Michael were excellent in accommodating what we wanted and in making helpful and practical suggestions. The design they came up with was totally in keeping with the style of the original building. The addition is seamless and has enhanced the house enormously. We could not be happier with the result and we found Colin and Michael excellent to work with.
