Beginner or seasoned Bikram yogi the classes at Husky Hot Yoga are for everyone!! Jess is amazing at what she does and we are so lucky to have such a great teacher on the South Coast to rival studios in the bigger cities. Jess is always ensuring that your technique is right to prevent injury, she is encouraging and I never leave a class without feeling amazing!! Yes Brikram can be challenging at times however Jess helps you get through it!! There are so many benefits to hot yoga so if you want to do something great for your mind and body go check out a class at Husky Hot Yoga.
Amazing Classes! They are always tough, but always worth it. While I may be a little bias as the instructor is my wife, Jess is a great teacher and will always points out the good and the areas to improve in everyone's practice, including mine. I have suffered many injuries from many years of different sports. Snowboarding is particularly bad on the knees and has been on my back and shoulders. Jess' classes always get me back on track and improve my strength and flexibility before the next season.
Husky Hot Yoga was incredible! It was a first time thing for me to try, and as tough as it was I would certainly go back! I tried it whilst visiting family members in the local area for a bit of fun, which prevents me from being there more often. Jess was a motovational teacher and really knew what she was doing. 5 stars for this great experience.

I’ve done many yoga classes before but absolutely nothing compares to Taylor’s classes. The flows are incredible. Taylor has a gift to be able to make sure you’re challenged (if you want to be) in the class but also allows you to leave with a sense of calm and relaxation. She genuinely cares for her students and it shows! Thanks Taylor, can’t wait to come back and bend again at Yonder.
Taylor of Yonder Movement is an excellent yoga instructor. She is warm, welcoming and wants to help people along their journey. She communicates the movements in the practice clearly and gives options for less or more challenge. I always feel stronger body and mind after a class with Taylor.
Highly recommend Taylor for individual flow programming for specific pain management. Perfect amount of challenge, rest and stretch. 5 stars.
