I found that the young ladies at the reception were very polite and engaging. And the audiologist Chi, was very, very good. She explained every part of the testing, and the fitting of my new hearing aids. I could tell she was very competent, Excellent.

I have unusual hearing loss and Qi was excellent in researching the problem and doing her best to adjust & fit my hearing aids.
