I attended Niomi Hurley's group 'pay what you want' hypnosis session on Saturday. Niomi has a warm, welcoming personality and ensured everyone understood the process so they could get the most out of the session. I was able to quickly relax into a mediative state and access my subconscious and work through my intention for the session. Since the experience I feel more motivated and driven to achieve the intention that I went through. Thank you, Niomi and Get Up and Grow Consulting for providing mw with the opportunity. It was definitely a life changing experience. I am proud to say that I am a non smoker. I have had 3 throughout the past year when I have had too much to drink but I honestly can say that I will never be a smoker again.
