A wonderful experience for the whole process of testing, selecting and the purchase of my glasses. The whole staff were very nice and helpful. I was treated with respect, a person not just a number which is hard to come by these days. Definitely going back next time. Definitely recommend.

Lovely staff, from the moment I walked in I felt warmly invited. My eye examination was very thorough, the specialist is very educated and has knowledgeable experience. She was able to explain to me exactly what was going on with my eyes and explained expectations for my age. Choosing my frames was so fun, I usually feel anxiety choosing frames because I have no idea what suits me and I can't wait to pick my new glasses up because I was so happy with the fit. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and well looked after.

Very professional, put me at ease, had a good laugh, talked to me about each thing he was doing, asked my thoughts, no pressure to go with anything. The two ladies out the front gave great personal service, nothing was to hard for them when asked. I highly recommend this company/store.
