I recently had occasion to visit Attune Mackay for a home based sleep study and a hearing assessment. The service was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. I would recommend Attune for anyone seeking hearing or sleep services. Keep up the good work.

Lovely welcoming staff, lady explained what was going to happen which was lovely and I didn't become alarmed when sudden loud sounds were made. Explained all results, easy check out and over all experience. Thanks Attune!!!

My experience with Mackay Hearing began with a chance meeting at the West Mackay Men's Shed where Jodie was performing hearing tests for members around 2015. We were all most impressed with Jodies professionalism, and general advice following our tests. My hearing reached a turning point in 2021, which prompted me to seak advice from Jodie, I am now a regular and very happy client. Very welcoming staff are a delight to interact with at all times.

Been to a few hearing practices and this has been the most impressive. Newer, less invasive equipment, accompanied by a thorough assessment. Always comforting to know, where I plan return to.

Friendly staff, perfect for my annual work hearing review.
