Jeannie delivered exceptional customer service. I personally ordered massage oil for my business, Plan Be Selina Armstrong. Jeanie responded promptly to my request and was committed to efficiently ordering and delivering my product. I was late picking it up so Jeanie even went out of her way to deliver the oil to me personally. I experienced the highest level of customer service with Jeanie and I appreciate her assistance and service.

The pharmacist Brenton was WONDERFUL. I had to get a vaccine and he was very knowledgeable but for details he wasn't %100 certain on double checked and researched immediately (which was no longer than 6 minutes) calm with no fuss. Fast, efficient and just a wonderful guy. The other ladies were just as efficient and lovely with their time. Thank you.

Very happy with my shopping at TerryWhite today, a staff member, Koko, helped me chase down a cologne that was very difficult to find but she managed. She was very professional, patient and accommodating. My partner and I are very happy with Koko's service. 100/10!

I accidentally left a box of nappies in the car park as I was preoccupied getting my son in the car. I phoned the store five minutes later when I realised that I’d forgotten them. The assistant couldn’t see the box outside and said she’d check security cameras. She then insisted I come back and collect a new box free of charge. Kind staff who were very much appreciated by me today

Apart of getting the usual medicines, vitamins, beauty products, etc Is also my favourite place to get some make up

Went here after smashing my face falling off a bike . I couldn't get any health care at all anywhere in Mackay on a Sunday morning which I find shocking. I found these ladies to be more than helpful and very friendly offering me the assistance and products I was after. I couldn't offer any higher praise to this place and its people, I'm so glad they were open on a Sunday afternoon.

There was a big hassle on regards to getting a specific script I needed filled. The pharmacy, specifically Kate, went above and beyond for me to ensure I got my prescription filled. From phone calls to Specialists, the Hospital and organising delivery for me all within a space of a few hours. Thank you so much!
