Massage with Trish Plate is a wonderful experience. From working into the areas of my neck, lower back and legs that I need work on (they are many!) to the warm scented oil over all massage, to the extra amazing feeling of well-being I get after Trish finishes with working her fingers over my scalp, absolute bliss. Thoroughly recommend. 45 minutes is the time I usually book and every minute is worth it.

Patricia is amazing. I have used her services for both massage and naturopathy. I have been to many massage therapists and other naturopaths, you can't compare Patricia. She actually listens to what you need and helps with the issue. 100% she is the best.!

Patricia was very patient and compassionate while working on my injured shoulder. After a few sessions, my shoulder recovered much quicker than seeing a physio. I highly recommend Patricia and the Team. Thank you.
