3 Best Australian Restaurants in Bendigo VIC

Very small venue but it was made up of fantastic service, food and vibe. Exceptional service from the moment I walked in until I left, even though I only had myself for company. Great cocktails, although I did only have a couple of espresso martinis, which were amazing. Made with real coffee. The food was fantastic. I chose the Sichuan Beef Tartare 10/10 and then the No.13 Special Fried Rice 10/10. Awesome all round little place. 100% would recommend this pocket rocket of a place.

Absolutely outstanding. We selected the 7 dish feed me option. We chose very wisely. The variety was terrific. Every course was a beauty. Lots of innovation. Lots of great flavours and textures. We had no trouble selecting some good wines to share with the meal, as well. Service from Annabel was outstanding throughout. This is high level regional dining at a reasonable price. We would return here any time. Highly recommended.

I’m gonna give this place 5/5, we had a lovely working day in Bendigo and friend recommended this place, it’s in a nice alley way, the stuff is well known their business and have a wild knowledge about their food and wine. We had fusion Asian food, the Sichuan pepper tare tare is my favorite. The portion is decent, wine is amazing, I fell asleep on my way back. Thanks for the lovely experience.

We stopped in for a quick lunch between wineries and were not disappointed!!! The pork sliders were divine and the steak sandwich hit the spot, "potentially one of the best he has had" Service was lovely and they made sure we were looked after for a mid afternoon stop. It was a really lovely pub and the people were great.

After reading many great reviews on the food and service we decided to have lunch here while visiting our friend. The food was delicious, generous portions and reasonable pricing. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

We spent a lovely Sunday afternoon in the beer garden watching some live acoustic music with Roy Lever and Mast Gully Fellers. There was a nice selection of wines and beers on tap. The calamari was excellent.

My friend suggested this resturant. We were warmly welcomed. Offered us nice cup of malabar tea??Service was really quick even though we were 8peoples with so many different drinks dishes and desserts. The staff were very attentive ,came to check on us if we needed anything. Everything was wonderful; food, service, atmosphere, vibe. Couldnt expect more.

Beautiful food and a really lovely restaurant. Highly recommend. My children really enjoyed the mixed veg curry as well as the potato-eggplant curry - and of course sticky date pudding! They've updated their breakfast menu as well- including lovely things like cilbir now.

Very tasty food, all prepped with lots of care and thoughts. Plenty of street parking around which is handy. Service was efficient and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and will definitely return when we're in town next time!
