I recently had my car repaired here, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience pleasant. The repair job was completed on the same day, and when I got my car back, it was spotless—almost like new! What really stood out was the extra effort they made by dropping me off at my house after I left my car. That level of care and consideration is rare and much appreciated. Highly recommend their services.

The standard of care at Graeme Hull Smash Repairs is excellent! Their service is efficient and well organised. From the beginning you are kept informed about what is needed and when. They give you a date, the time it will take place and the length of time they will need your car for. They keep you informed the whole way through the process. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

2nd time I have had to have my vehicle repaired in 3 months, both times the staff were friendly and helpful, and did a great job on repairs, my car was returned to me cleaner than when it went in and well repaired. They kept me informed of the process and any delays. They are definetly my preferred choice in Wagga, thank you.

Craig and the team were amazing. Craig went above and beyond to ensure the repairs on my car were done to an extremely high standard and ensured to keep me in the loop along the whole process. They also ensured to accomodate my needs when i needed my car between repairs patching it up while awaiting parts and a time slot. An amazing business and team cant thank them enough! Thank you Craig and team for getting my car back to looking brand new.

Great experience getting a tow. Even recommend a better mechanic than the one I had found. Good to talk to on the ride into town and even stuck around to make sure we get back on the road.

Great experience all round. I was taken through the shop to show me how my bike would be sprayed, talked to the painter, had some requests that were taken care of without any problems. Customer service, job , and facility were all 5 STAR!! Hope I'll never have to come back, but if I need any body or paint work, I'll definitely be back to see them.
