AMAZING! We had a bridal shower in one of the functions rooms this weekend, it couldn’t have been better. Planning the event was easy and staff were very helpful with good communication. Staff were accommodating in letting us in to set up and coming back to pack up later. All staff were welcoming to guests and good service of food and drinks. We will definitely be back for our next function.

Already saw 2 unahppy customers during check in but fortunately my experience there was good. Nothing went wrong and everything was as expected. The shower was particularly nice - super strong and comfortable. Milk is given during check in. We didnt eat at the restaurant though.

We booked the Executive King Suite and were pleasantly surprised at the decor and size of both room and bathroom. It was also very quiet. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Hotel's restaurant, Pinnacles. All staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great stay. We will be back.

The property is located a short distance from the main street of Wagga. Our room was spacious, clean and secure with ample parking for the car. While this hotel is quite large, it was very quiet and we did not hear anyone else even though the car park was quite full. Easy to find and located oposite an oval. Definitely stay again.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay at the Mercure in Wagga Wagga. Our family apartment was warm and spacious, and had everything we needed. It was also great to have an on-site restaurant, but, while very convenient, it was a bit pricey for the food served.

Friendly, well kept and very clean modern hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking right next to your room.

BEYOND impressed with this hotel apartment.we did a trial this year as we have booked the apartments for our wedding next year, the facilities blew our expectations the location could not be better for both in town adventure and to our chosen venue. Service through booking multiple rooms has been flawless by both staff via phone and email communications. We stayed 2 nights and even though it's been cold the rooms were perfect. All appliances were easy to use and the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer has helped this mumma with washing before the journey home. Being unfamiliar with Wagga I took a gamble booking these but after seeing it in person couldn't be happier. Cannot wait for our big day! Thank you to the townhouse staff for making this such a seamless process!

The bed was sooo comfortable and the room was lovely and clean. Plus it's a great spot right in the centre of Wagga where you have access to the main street shops. Plus The Oakroom is downstairs and they have great food, and you can get room service too. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for work definitely the best place I’ve stayed at in Wagga. Food is fantastic, Georgie made sure our drinks & meals were served impeccably!! Look forward to being back in Wagga soon!
