All the staff at Cycle Haus are very approachable and helpful. They are alway enthusiastic and listen to what you want and give good advice. Nothing is a problem all too difficult to do. Their is professional but friendly and the staff alway have time to discuss your needs. My bike is very comfortable as it was fitted to my measurements and to first service was done promptly and professionally, thank you.

Dan and Mick were outstanding to deal with. Having listened to my needs they weren't backward in coming forward with an opinion on what bike would suit me and with the Scultua 8000 they were 100% right. After sales service is brilliant too.

Great guys, great shop and most of all I would totally recommend. These guys are great with a high level of expertise. I have complete trust in them and would highly advise any potential customers to stop by and see what these guys are about.

The team particularly Anthony and Lainie were so knowledgeable and were able to find us a suitable replacement quickly with all the essential accessories we needed. Great service and very good valve for money. We need to support small businesses like this on the coast. Dropped bike off without a booking. It had a gear changing issue. Within 2 hours i got a message saying it’s ready to go. They replaced a cable and sorted the issue. Thanks you CCC
