3 Best Bike Shops in Rockhampton QLD

Friday Afternoon, 5pm, and i needed some quick repairs done. i know many other places that would have just laughed at me. not here. Giant Rockhampton could not have been more helpful. changed some chains over for me, repaired a brake lever, test rode it all, and they were just unbelievably helpful, professional and knowledgeable. and in the last 30mins of their working week. so so impressed - thank you.

Giant Rockhampton is a great bike shop and I had the best experience with their team. The men I dealt with were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the shop had everything I needed to get my bike (and my sons) back on the trails. Awesome service. Brought my bike in 30minutes before closing, after I finished work, and they sorted out my bent derailleur there and then. Friendly, informative service. Great pricing and a no troubles attitude. Recommend.

After looking at the higher end branded stores on the quality side of things I found them all quite similar basically you get what you pay for especially at the higher end. The single thing that helped my wife and my decision was due to the mannerisms,knowledge,assistance and persona of the staff compared with other high end branded stores locally and in Brisbane. In particular Dan who I’m guessing is the owner of the store and his assistant Jack,the care information etc. was unbelievable and leant that there’s more to bicycles than one would think especially when it comes to fitment/weight and body shape. If you want impeccable service with brilliant knowledge without the hard sell which personally I can not stand, I highly recommend visiting the Rockhampton store and if you do it won’t take long and you’ll know what I mean. Extremely happy with the service and support from the team at Trek Rockhampton. They were able to get a bike together very quickly for me at short notice and were very helpful. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

The service we got was excellent. Everything was explained from how everything worked to the general a major maintenance needed. We will be using these guys for future purchases.

Excellent service. Great value. Dropped my bike off at 5 pm with a flat tyre and worn out rear brake pads. Got a call at 9 am the next day to let me know it was repaired. When riding it that day, I noticed that the front brake (which had been a bit spongey) had been adjusted as well and both brakes were now sharp and working perfectly.

Super friendly and professional bike repairs - they went over and above to fix my e-bike gears and brakes as well as my husband’s mountain bike pedal. I highly recommend this efficient team led by Lesley.
