Customer Service from Leigh Egan is next level. I was preparing for a family ride today with the kids and I couldn’t get the bike pump fitting to co-operate, I phoned Leigh’s shop to try and troubleshoot the problem, Leigh offered to call past our place to see what the problem was. Before I knew it Leigh was in our driveway and adjusted the pump settings, fixed the problem and we were on our bikes enjoying our ride. Thankyou for your amazing service Leigh much appreciated.

These guys were life savers! I blew a tyre some distance out of town (and I am not from Shepparton), and they went to the trouble of delivering a new tyre (and tubes) to me, at quite a reasonable cost. Definitely service that goes above and beyond - very grateful to be able to continue my ride.

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!!! Rich is a bloody legend!! Came in Friday and needed my bike ready for a weekend ride Rich took my bike straight in and fixed it all then and there! Couldn't be more thankful!!! Next time I'll be more organised and take it in earlier!!! Hahaha.

I recently set out to find a new bike for my son and had the pleasure of visiting the team at MyRide Shepparton. Nathan and his team were, as always, exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explore a variety of options with me to ensure we found the perfect fit. Once we settled on the ideal bike, Nathan truly went the extra mile by driving to Melbourne to pick it up when his rep couldn’t make it. I can’t recommend their service highly enough.

These guys rock. Talk about support local. Nathan and his team helped support my boy at the Dookie event. Nathan was even prepared to take a part off his own bike to get our boy back in the event. All worked out ok, but seriously they take supporting the local kids at events seriously. Thanks crew.

I walked into Anaconda Shepparton today. It was the very first time I've ever been in one of the stores. I enlisted the assistance of staff member Dan. And can I just say, this lovely gentleman has the most amazing customer service I think I have ever had in my life. He pulled down the 6 rods I was purchasing and broke them down and secured each of them for travel with rubber bands after carefully checking each rod was perfect. If I could give him 10. I'd give him 20. Thank you, Dan, for making my first Anaconda experience so pleasant. No doubt I will return in the future.

Wanted to leave a review, out of all the anaconda stores I have been to I have never got more excellent customer service than at this store. Dylan and Ashley were so helpful and sorted out my problems without a single issue. Thanks guys.

The excellent customer service by Zoe and her colleague (sorry didn't get her name) instore today. A real can do attitude towards finding solutions and advice to customers. Will definitely return to this store in the future.
