Could not rate the service more highly! I needed assistance finding a part which the shop did not have in store, the store attendant (from interstate who previously worked at Subaru) went above and beyond with my other queries. I would not hesitate to return, that type of service sets the bar high and ensures return customers.

I arrived at 12:57 on a Saturday afternoon with a front brake that wasn’t working. The guys stayed back for a few extra minutes to sort the issue out. This meant that my son was able to go for a ride the next day. Really appreciated the help on the spot, especially so close to closing time.

We knew it was too busy to book repairs in mid-December, so were hopeful to buy parts to fix mr 6's BMX brakes. Instead, Chad was super kind to tweak them on the spot - most unexpected and truly appreciated.

I highly recommend this bicycle store, the owner was so helpful and really made an effort to fix my sons bike in a timely manner. Was also professional and polite which as a female you don't always find is the case when you need assistance with this type of thing. You made my sons day, he's very happy he can now take part in the cycling experiences with his Scout group.

The service and advice I received from John at the Bicycle Fitting Store was second to none. He fitted me to the bike I chose (a Dyson e bike) and thoroughly covered the bikes features, basic maintenance and safety.

Fantastic service and advice. John was so helpful and really saved my bacon.
