Wow what a fantastic breakfast in a beautiful location. Great views. The food was so awesome, I couldn’t believe my luck! Staff were very friendly and professional too. Highly recommend. I had the green eggs Bennie… nom nom nom. On a crumpet! Go on, try it on a crumpet - it was delightful.
Beautiful scenic location by the river. Beautiful picnic style seating with big grassy area, wonderful waterside deck seating.

NEXT DOOR ESPRESSO REVIEWS
Tried to order a beef burger but the guy highly recommended the chicken burger, very happy that I took that recommendation. Burger was excellent and so was the coffee. The cafe looks cool and is in a great location near the water. The service was excellent as well, everyone had a great attitude and seemed happy to be there. Highly recommended.
Bloody nice trendy cafe. Coffee was great and the food was phenomenal. Had the brekkie burrito and the corn fritters. Brekkie burrito was especially good, with the roast capsicum and scrambled egg being the big influence. Was very busy when we were there but plenty of seating. Inside was a bit loud but we snagged a seat outside. Owner seemed really nice too.
Best cappuccino EVER! I swear by this coffee, it is my absolute favourite. There's such an amazing feel to this cafe with a cute little bodega inside to buy some amazing locally curated items and great for gift giving. The breakfast, window items and baked goods are equally amazing, I always love my visit here!

GINGER ROOT CAFE REVIEWS
We had lunch here. The corn fritters and a wrap, with a cappuccino. The staff were lovely and friendly and the young waitress engaged with all the customers, which is rare nowadays. The food was really fresh and tasty and generous servings. The coffee was very good as well, hot and creamy. The prices are reasonable as well. A nice place in a mall to have lunch.
Best bacon and egg roll I have ever had. Crispy bacon, perfectly cooked egg, cheese, hashbrown, tomato, spinach and lashings of sauce on a toasted roll. Teamed with a large mug of delicious coffee and all for under $20. I will definitely be going back there.
Really genuine, happy and engaging staff. The food is varied, tasty and healthy. The coffee is ideal and the customers are v loyal. Highly recommended. Enjoy yourselves.
