3 Best Bakeries in Tweed Heads NSW

We have been here so many times it's probably one of the best bakeries. The croissants are super buttery and soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. I could eat 3 of these which I have. We have brought so many people here and they too agree it's delicious. One friend from Sydney said she would drive up just to have the croissants. We have tried most of the dishes on the menu and all were just as amazing. There is always a line up on the weekend mornings. You can also bring your dog along. The kids loves the milkshakes too and the coffee is really good. Best place for breakfast or lunch or if you're just craving a croissant.

The second I took a bite of the red velvet cheesecake cookie I ordered another box (one of each other flavours) of cookies as takeaway I loved the crunchy on the outside and moist inside texture The flavours were so well balanced.

Cafe by the river with a relaxed vibe and great food and coffee. In house bakery has bread and treats until sold out, otherwise their menu has a little bit of everything for most tastes. Breakfast or lunch, indoor and outdoor puppy friendly seating available.

What a delicious experience. I love bread! This place doesn’t disappoint. We had the scramble egg roll, vegetarian focaccia and jam donut. The flavours were so well balanced and the texture of the bread was perfect. If you aren’t a local and love a good coffee. This place is for you. They make you feel local with wholesome friendly service - check this place out.

Bread Social is absolutely amazing! Even though there was a slight delay due to how busy they were, James went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The coffee and food are always incredible – I make it a point to stop by regularly. Big thank you to James for making the experience fantastic, even on a busy day. Highly recommend!

Amazing pastries and coffee and nice vibe. Definitely a highlight for breakfast in the area. The haloumi, egg and chutney bread was absolutely delicious and super fresh. Sausage roll was nice too and the dessert range looks awesome. Will be back next time I’m in town.

I loved this place because with every coffee you buy you get a free shortbread (which tasted delicious! Sorry Mum, but I ate your shortbread as well). Lost of apple pies, sausage rolls and meat pies. They make cakes to order. Some seating to eat your pastries as well. Top that off with great customer service from the ladies. Give this place a try!

The best bakery around!! The bread is fresh and breathtaking and the pies are truly inspirational - especially the chunky meat pies! You can go in any time of night and they will still serve you. The staff are so friendly and the owners are great people, everybody is so kind and hard-working. I have never experienced such a wonderful and clean environment. Will stay loyal to this bakery for many years to come!

Bought one of their chicken and mushroom pies. Absolutely delicious. Good amount of filling. Pastry flaky and well cooked and not sitting in a foil tray. Held together well and could be eaten one handed.
