Reserved a table ahead of time. The cuisine was exceptional, truly tantalizing. However, the service left something to be desired. We were attended to by a younger server who seemed inexperienced. Upon arrival, she was engaged in conversation with another staff member and failed to acknowledge us until prompted by the manager. Additionally, when I requested to switch tables for a cozier spot, she declined, citing the table was already reserved, yet it remained vacant throughout our entire visit and even upon departure.

We had the pleasure of dining at Dabaar after spending a week at Mantra in Salt Beach/Kingscliff. I can honestly say it was our favourite meal of the trip and the highlight of the restaurants at Salt Beach. The meals are authentic, high quality and fresh. The setting is light and relaxing and the staff were very accomodating and attentive. We highly recommend dining here for those in the area.

Dropped in with no expectations and really pleased with all the taste sensations. So far the best Indian we have had in the northern rivers. The lamb cutlet starter was fab!

Great Indian! We have eaten in and ordered take away 3 times over the last few weeks from here and all dishes have been authentic and excellent quality and generous serves. We enjoyed the palak paneer, chicken chettinad, lamb biriyani and some tandoori items. They will increase the spice/heat if you want without compromising the dish. The breads were cooked perfectly. Hope with time they can enhance the interior a little as we love to dine out.

Great food! A nice no frills restaurant with extremely good food. Generous serves with tasty naan breads. We eat here every visit to Kingscliff!

Ordered takeaway for delivery and found the food to be absolutely exceptional. We did wait a while for everything to be prepared but that shines through in the fresh flavours of the curry. Well worth the wait and we can’t wait to dine in. We ordered the palak mushroom and tofu tikka masala, the salad and some naan. All absolutely delicious, so fresh.

This is the real deal! I have never had such delicious Indian food in my whole life! Outstanding service and chill, lovely atmosphere. The door keeps the outside noise away, so it's very peaceful inside. Highly recommended!

Food was lovely, service was great, would recommend to my friends and family, we were truly impressed!
