I had an excellent experience getting a new car thanks to Ben and Robby. The process was incredibly fast and smooth. Ben was very accommodating; he showed us the car and accompanied us during the test drive, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. Robby took his time to explain the loan process clearly. I also appreciated Robby taking his time to explain the car insurance options, giving me plenty of choices, which I found very helpful. He went above and beyond by explaining each option in detail. Both of these lovely people made sure that we were set on our way out and reminded us to call them if we had any questions, which was massively appreciated. Overall, their pleasant customer service made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you again.

We haven’t purchased a new car in 20 years and the experience we have had at bendigo Nissan has been exceptional! Jeff was our consultant and from start to finish he provided us with Excellent customer service and was very informative and polite Jeff explained our new car and it’s features with great detail! He went above and beyond! Jodi was fantastic in getting us the best finance deal and explained everything to us! We are travelling through Victoria in a older Mercedes Benz Sprinter and had an engine problem. We called on to Bendigo Mercedes Benz and the service team diagnosed to be problem, quoted and booked in a repair date that suited our travel plans. The repair went well and the Courtesy Bus service into various parts of central Bendigo was really appreciated and the service was great.
