So we bought a new couch, coffee table and TV unit from the Kangaroo Flat store. Ashleigh was awesome and the loading guy ( don't know his name) are super helpful and brilliant at what they do. Highly recommend this store.

Always had the best experience at this store! Well looked after by all staff. Store Manager goes above to make sure you have what you need. All questions answered with great product knowledge.

A big shout out to the warehouse boys who helped us out today with a click and collect. They were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Thanks again for all your help.

We would like to thank Sara for all her help over the last few weeks. She went above expectations. We were back and forth to the store while we tried to decide on what pieces would suit our home , moving chairs to different tables to see how they looked, and Sara was always patient and happy to help us. Actually all the staff were extremely nice and helpful but always mindful to give us space while we made our decisions. We are extremely happy with our current purchases and will have no hesitation returning in the future.

I'll never go back to a manual recliner after realising how awesome this electric reclining couch is!!! Comfort in any position we want with the different leg and head reclining range all at an easy push of a button! Throw in the multiple cup holders, charge and usb outlets, lights and Bluetooth speakers, its like being at the cinemas without even leaving home!! Super comfy to sit in and the best decision we ve made for our home. 10/10 hands down.

Its has been a pleasure to shop at Focus on Furniture Bendigo. I've purchased the Archie dining table. Was very indecisive but having spoken with Sara, the sales associate, she assisted me with all the questions I had and that allowed me to make a decision on the kind of dining table I wanted.
