My wife and I hired Nathan from The Paella Guy to cater our wedding at Mount Mitchell Estate late last year. We could not have been more pleased with how the food turned out and how well it worked having a food truck at our wedding. He makes a fantastic paella and his entrees were perfect for the occasion as well. His staff were great and we could not have asked for anything more. I cant recommend him enough and look forward to having some of his delicious seafood paella again sometime.

The Paella Guy was fantastic at our wedding. He was friendly and communicative leading up to the wedding which built confidence. At the wedding we got so many comments on how delicious the Paella’s were by people with all different allergies - would 100% recommend.

Super tasty and fresh Paella. Asked the Paella Guy to come to serve for our team lunch, and everyone loved it, they are all looking for second serves and waiting for the next time when we can have them back to serve us lunch. Feels like we are in Spain!

Mark and the team catered our wedding recently and everyone commented on how amazing the food was. They easily adapted for gluten free and vegetarian guests and made the experience so stress free and enjoyable for us too! Thanks again.

I cannot recommend Convivium Food Experience enough! We were lucky enough to have the lovely Dona and Irene cater our beautiful wedding on 6 February 2021 and everything was perfect, absolutely delicious food and very professional staff. Our guests were really impressed with the sit down meal and no one was left hungry! Our family and friends are still talking about how the food was the best wedding menu they have had! The communication and planning leading up to out wedding was incredible and Irene made everything run so smoothly and stress free. Our food tasting experience was also amazing and very special. I hired Convivium for a private dinner at home, food was exceptional as was the service. Everything was very easy to organise and all my guest raves about the evening!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
