After Samsung refused to honour a warranty, I took my phone into Buzztech and have to say that they were outstanding. They repaired my phone in less than an hour and at a fraction of the cost that Samsung wanted. The customer service was fantastic, they were super friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend them, I wouldn’t get repairs done by any other company.

This staff member named Carly helped me to find a case for my phone and I felt so comfortable talking to her! Genuinely the best customer service I've had at a phone case store. Usually all the people are boring but Carly had an actual conversation with me and it was quite the pleasant experience. Very impressed with the quality of customer service.

I was very impressed with professional service I received today when having iPad glass replaced. Jake and Sam were very helpful and Jake put a groovy back cover on my phone. He also gave me a few tips when using iPhone for photos. Thankyou.

I can highly recommend Gilligan's Phone Repairs.I took a Samsung tablet in for repair Thursday. He had to order a new screen for it. I had a text from them Friday afternoon to say the tablet was done and could be picked up. It is now as good as it was when new.
