Punctual & professional & finished product was clean and sleek. It was a big job and they did not stop, we had our house cosy and warm before the end of the day!

Split system Air Conditioner purchase and installation was perfect at every point from quoting by Christian, install was high quality by Maurice and all communication with office staff Hannah who went the extra mile to update us with a Mitsubishi cash back promotion we were not aware of after the install. Have been using West Fridge for decades and their service has always been excellent.

He was thorough in his inspection and gave me sound advice and a good recommendation as to how we should proceed, keeping in mind my requirements. I would definitely call Jed again for any relating to any air conditioning or refrigeration issues.
