We had a little mishap today at c9 Chocolate and Gelato and the staff were incredible. So friendly and kind. Would highly recommend going to get Gelato from here. Food always taste delicious and the staff are very quick.

Visiting Wollongong, I have returned to C9 on 2more occasions. After the 1st visit with my daughters the staff were just so lovely- great coffee and fresh donuts. My 2nd visit there was a different staff member with the same lovely service and happy demeanour. My 3rd visit did not disappoint. With a different staff member again there is obviously a positive work culture and I can not fault the service or food/coffee. Thankyou!

A calm, beautiful, and clean environment with respectful staff and high-recommend sweets Especially the Persian saffron and faloodeh,which made our evening wonderful.This place filled with love.

Absolutely lovely service by the staff this arfternoon, Olivia and Jess were so friendly and great by far some of the best customer service I’ve seen around I will absolutely be coming back soon my birthday churros tasted absolutely delicious and my latte tasted perfect overall a very great experience

The team are always lovely and friendly. Karen is amazing and always up for a chat. The churros and coffee are delicious! Love the atmosphere, very cosy and inviting. Highly recommend to anyone.

Just came in on the Saturday morning and I think the manager wasn’t treating the hijabi girl nicely. I used to see them treats everyone nicely before but not this time.
