A virus went through my computer and “ate” all my photos and files (Which I had not backed up). Jim found all of them and my files and returned everything back to normal…..No more tears for me!! Over 8,000 photos of memories thanks to Jim back where they should be…..(And also now on a external hard drive – a lesson learnt!!) :) Very, very happy with this service, especially seeing I didn’t have to leave my home, they did it all for me….. Highly recommended

A year after I got my Alienware m17x laptop it started overheating and crashing, I couldn’t even play games on the lowest graphics setting. Jim is a wonderful technician; he listens to you as a client and offers the best solution for the budget you have. A really amazing service that left me feeling reassured. I was quite anxious when my HP omens laptop had run into some issues, but Gunay was able to diagnose and fix the hard drive issues in under 24hrs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and so kind, and I am so grateful to have my laptop back and running better than ever.

Gunay is the ultimate professional, he booked me in on the morning I called and fixed the problem in the same day. He’s very knowledgeable with computers and a nice guy, who took the time to help me set up my laptop. Don’t hesitate to call him if you need your computer repaired.

My laptop was fixed in 20mins, I am not computer savvy and Ryan could have charged me the top price for the problem, I would never have known. I had my HP laptop repaired and the price was amazingly cheap!!! I went home to pick up another laptop that also needed repairing and the repair bill for that was also very cheap also!!! Great customer service and great staff who are so friendly, helpful and nice! I definitely would recommend Compute Your World to anyone who needs their service. Really affordable and professional service. They replaced my sons iPad screen for $79, far less than we would have paid elsewhere, and they were friendly and got it done that day (my son is very grateful for that!). Will definitely be recommending them for all repairs - wish I had gone to them when my phone screen cracked, would have saved a fortune!
