Highly recommend Val from this company who came to look at my faulty 6 year old Bosch dishwasher Val phoned me before he arrived on time, has excellent communication, is friendly, tidy and super knowledgeable He was quick to identify multiple problems with this appliance and I trust his advice that it truly isn’t cost effective to repair (seems there is more Chinese than German engineering from Bosch these days) Wise will be my repairer of choice always, with thanks, Jennifer.

Valdas was the technician who came to fix our Washing machine and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the machine, but also gave us much useful advice on how to look after our washing machine, regular maintenance required and detailed instructions on how to carry it out. We couldn’t recommend him and this company more highly. Also they were able to come very quickly, which was much appreciated.
