Fantastic service. Great facility with easily changeable numeric code for entry to site. Your code alarms your own unit. They also buy back boxes (if purchased new). Thank you to Venky and Craig.

Venky helped me to pack my item at parcel point return items for Amazon. A great advice to prevent my refund from being delayed. Great service.

Stored caravan at Lonsdale for many years. All OK. Painted lines for parking bays faded until hardly visible which made parking van very difficult. Requested many times for lines to be repainted but it never happened. Eventually found another location at a cheaper price, under cover with power and water available.

Thank you to Chris Elze, Facility Manager of Lonsdale U-Store-It branch for his help organising the storage of our shipping container, making the whole process smooth and stress free.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick and easy process to hire space. Very happy with my decision to use U-Store-It.

I had an excellent experience with Adelaide Hills storage from our first enquiring phone call to returning our key. The team are lovely, the facility is clean, secure and easy to access, the price was very reasonable and the admin was straightforward. Being able to hire their ute to shift stuff out last weekend was also so convenient and reasonably priced it was a no brainer. No hesitation at all in giving a 5 star review. Thankyou.

A very positive experience. I rented the truck and found staff so helpful in giving all the information I needed. The truck itself was clean and in excellent condition. The cost was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Adelaide Hills Storage.

Friendly staff, always welcoming and very friendly. Easy swipe in and out of the secure storage facility.
