Always loved the service here. Recently had to return a laptop battery that was just out of warranty, however Techlab still helped me out and liaised with suppliers to get me a new battery and had it posted to me as I had moved since purchase. Cant recommend highly enough to there service to go above and beyond what many others wouldn't.

The work and price is excellent. Lincoln is in the know and very knowledgeable and helpful. He is so young but started young and stayed with the job from get go. He is very professional and eager to do whatever needs to be done. You will never doubt or be sorry that you went to Techlab. I will continue hiring his services cause I am hooked and a believer. Amazing job and person Lincoln!

I rolled in to have my laptop looked at. Straight away Phil was happy to open it up and have a look. He took the time to run me through all of my options of what I could do and the associated costs, with plenty of useful IT tips and insights along the way. Would recommend!

Very professional service, and while it took a little longer than expected, the PC was in quite a state. I obtained a bunch of knowledge, and know to pick my CPU more carefully in the future to ensure that it is compatible. Thanks for your help, I will use your service again.

Nathan is knowledgable and approachable. He has helped us with jobs big and small, from installs at our office to fixing a laptop with viruses. He also can fix some things remotely that has saved me going in there. He is pretty quick to get computers back to you. Last time it was less than a day. I would recommend Zetabytes.
