We used to use another larger plumbing company but after being unsatisfied with their prices and service, we opted to go with GKR after reading their good reviews, and so glad we did!! Not only was Grant a pleasure to deal with, he talked us through our issue (hammering noise after flushing) and explained everything to us. Grant was also kind enough to not charge us for our last call out because it was such a small fix! Highly recommend!

Grant and the team at GKR were excellent to deal with through the process of getting our motorhome gas setup up to compliance. If you're in need of any plumbing/gasfitting services, these are the boys for the job.

We were travelling through Mildura when I had a problem with my outdoor kitchen on my caravan. Rang Grant at about 4:30 in the afternoon. Grant came to the caravan in the park 8:00 am the next morning and helped fix the problem. I don't think you could ask for better service than that! Thanks Grant. New Evaporative Airconditioning unit fitted to replace old one. 6 days from decision to upgrade and completion, office was more than accommodating with advice and information. Fantastic and prompt service by a team of experienced and professional staff. Would recommend Frasers Plumbing anytime too anyone. Very pleased with the outcome.

Fraser's are the only plumbers that diagnosed an ongoing problem with our swampy. They are booked out fairly solid but managed to come out and fix issue in 3 days. Swampy was installed 180deg out and needed a spacer to raise unit. A dodgy plumber must of installed it. Always pays to go to someone reputable, thanks Fraser's.

Frasers kept me in their progress with up to date phone calls. Evaporative aircon serviced and spouting cleaned by Rory. Great efficient tradie. Very pleased as usual.

I contacted Justin regarding a hot water service query that had gas and solar and he was available to look at the issue the next day to see what the issue was, he was able to advise of the issue and provide a rough estimate of cost, and had a worker attend the next morning and fix the problem. So happy with the service and price - highly recommend

Justin and his team did a drainage job for me about 12 months ago (I spotted one of his vans today and it reminded me i didn't post a well earned review) he also fixed the previous plumbers mess. I found Justin and his team to be courteous, highly knowledgeable and professional I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Justin Allan.
