I set out to build a PC from scratch and not only did I receive world class advice, I was provided the resources (both physical and intellectual) I needed to achieve the goal set. I cannot commend Ash highly enough for his patience, professionalism and service. Need A Nerd and the Orange community is extremely lucky to have someone so knowledgable, kind and approachable as Ash. Amazing customer service. Luke has been nothing but beyond helpful when it came to losing all my information, smashing my phone, and transferring information to my new phone. Professional and well organized service from the my tech mate team guys their where well presented and polite had my phone cleaned today i asked how much the price would come to and they did not even charge me much appreciated i will definitely be a returning customer and the time i waited was exceptionally fast did not even take them 5 mins to do the job
