The service was great. Even though we changed our mind at the last minute everyone was super helpful. Rachel organised things to work around the times we were available. The guys who installed it Jordan, Lachlan, David and co. were polite, helpful, tidy. The location for reading the temperature needed adjusting so Jordan and Adrian came a few days later and adjusted the settings with phone support from staff at Mitsubishi. Thanks to everyone at Tilston's.
