Our office was ready to relocate but then we were hit with Cyclone Marcia. Power was out to most of the town but we found out that one of the only streets that didn’t lose power was the street our new office was located on. Our move was scheduled for 2 weeks time. I contacted Kerr Solutions on the off chance that they would be able to bring their work date forward. Bruce shuffled his schedule and agreed to help us out. The move was made two weeks early with his help. His staff even got in and helped us move some of our computer gear. The move was made by our staff, their cars and trailers as the removalists couldn’t bring their date forward.

We have been buying our computers and laptops from the team at Kerr Solutions for the last 4 and a half years. The team at Kerr’s are also great to deal with, as they know how I can fix it or they will come around and fix it for me in a short amount of time. I recommend the team at Kerr’s Solutions to get for office or home computer back up and running in no time with little fuss.

I approached King IT in Rockhampton about advice on a deteriorating older laptop. Moni was a huge help in giving me advice on what kind of laptop would suit my needs which I sourced elsewhere. She then helped me clone my old device, increase the storage on the new one, set up my internet security and upgrade my Microsoft subscription. Moni was exceptionally patient, no question was too silly, and I should know because I asked a lot of them. Would absolutely use them again.
