I had no idea what was involved with the termite treatment. I am so happy that I had reason to come home when the technician ( I apologise I cannot remember his name) was able to explain exactly what he needed to do. It was hard physical work on a hot day in central Queensland, it was awesome to be able to say help yourself to the water in the fridge here under the house. Great job, be tidied up after himself.

Creepy Crawly are very professional and thorough in their inspections and treatment. The staff arrive on time on the day and are very friendly and knowledgeable. The pest control has lasted the 12 months as we live rurally and have a lot of spiders and creepy crawlies around. I would recommend this business.

The service man arrived on time, was dressed in a clean uniform. He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. When he finished he gave us paperwork explaining what action he had taken and explained how the warranty works. All I can say is the service provided was very professional.

Our experience with Flick Rockhampton was great. They were helpful, expedient and worked in with our construction schedule to keep our renovation on track.
