Came in with a water damaged laptop with a broken hinge. They were knowledgeable on the extent of the damage and recommended to get a refurbished model to replace it. Had a few available there to purchase. Transferred all the data from my previous laptop quickly and effectively. Price was reasonable and will definitely be coming back.
