Polar completed a job in Charters Towers recently installing a couple of Daikin XL Premium split systems; these are the systems that are WIFI ready and able to link together to control using your smart phone/tablet similar to a traditional ducted system with zone controller. All staff attending were professional in their work with good communication. Have used Polar for many years with other jobs and they always provide a consistent quality service.

I was so impressed with their commercial team who are managing our shop system replacement that I also asked them to replace my largest home split system as well. Quick, responsive, affordable, and honestly very polite. Even after I made a mistake in the meeting times they were willing to work with me to reschedule another time on the same day. Combine this with them doing a genuinely good job and I can see why they have such a good reputation; they've earned it!

Jason did a top job for us. Worked non-stop the entire time. After initial inspection it was decided that two of our units needed the full clean and the bedroom was OK for middle clean. Then he got stuck into it. Friendly chat along the way advising what was happening. Brother was the water dirty at the end. Very Happy with the service. Please put us in your calendar for another clean in 12 months. We give Jason a 5/5 rating.

Friendly and professional staff - from great communication during the booking process to the technician who worked around our toddler’s nap and shared helpful tips to maintain the clean. The whole team at Chilly Air were fantastic! Shaun was very efficient with his quoting and managed to squeeze us in ASAP as we had been through a drama for over a month with 3 other aircon companies taking weeks to quote and respond with either poor customer service or a complete lack of urgency even when I mentioned how I struggle with my health in the heat and humidity, but Shaun and his team got it done in such a short turnaround. The new Fujitsu aircons are fantastic, we're so happy with them!

The men at Chilly Air did a great job installing a multi unit at my Apartment. They were extremely professional and friendly and the price was reasonable. A job well done, would def recommend.
