Pack and Send were really fantastic for me. I accidentally gave an incorrect pick up location just before going overseas, which caused them to change courier to a more expensive one, and did not charge me extra. Communications was excellent at all times, with Andrina very helpful at all times. I will continue to use them, especially my local branch at Tweed Heads
