I had a really urgent local move with just two days to get it all sorted. I contacted Pete from AM Removals who gave me a quote based on what I described. I actually underestimated what I had but the quote was based on what I said, the size of the truck the two brilliant fellas, and the time it took. They arrived on time and got stuck into it right away and didn’t stop till it was all done. The guy’s who did all the work were unbelievably polite, efficient and knew what they were doing. They made the job completely seamless and easy, not a scratch not a bump, nothing! I don’t often write reviews but seeing I contacted them based on reviews I thought I should add mine. So would I recommend them?…Absolutely!….would I use them again Absolutely without question.

These guys moved my ridiculously heavy old piano very carefully, plus loads more cartons than expected, with less than 24hrs notice. Pete is great to deal with regarding the organisation, and the team were so polite, friendly, and careful with our stuff. Comparable prices, I would definitely use again.

AM Removals went above and beyond for us. They reconfirmed the day before, turned up on time and worked tirelessly all day. It was a difficult move with two 2 storey homes but nothing was too much trouble and they took grest care with our stuff. Highly recommend Pete and his team.

Excellent service, including the best value for money we could find. Joel and Matt did a fantastic job and somehow managed to fit our whole household in their truck. They paid great care not to damage any furniture and delivered everything in best condition to our new place. Their customer service was also great, and Sam helped us prepare every step of the move (including accommodating some last minute changes). Highly recommend this company.

Charm removals are aptly named, because they really are Gems. I was recently helping a friend to move house and she used charm and honestly I was blown away. The booking process was straight forward and the move which she was so stressed about was handled with such professionalism, humour and efficiency. No job was too small, and they just got stuck in, helping to pack boxes really working well as a team. No time was wasted loitering around as I’ve experienced before with removals. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our second interstate move using Charm who can't be beat in value and professionalism. Matt took care of us once again with his excellent attention to detail and Jason handled all items seamlessly. On the admin side, Samantha offers further peace of mind with her excellent coordination and communication throughout the process.

The best Removalist Company I have ever dealt with hands down! From the moment I called and spoke with Patrick I knew we wouldn’t go anywhere else. He gave me a quote over the phone and it was pretty much spot on! Brooke was super friendly and got back straight away with any queries. Then came “the boys” Ash, Corey and Luke! They were quick, friendly, funny and so professional! It was so hard to pick out one because they were each so good! I changed my mind a few times with placement of furniture and they just smiled and said no problem! These “boys” would be in high demand and deserve a bonus every move! In a word “Fantastic service”! Absolute pleasure to work with, from the first interaction right up until the move was completed. Luke and Scott were super professional, helpful, and great professionals at their job. We’d loaded up my 2 bedroom flat + kitchenette area and garage things really efficiently and I was super impressed the whole time. They were also really considerate and careful with my more fragile possessions, wrapping things, tying them down and taking great care. Would highly recommend, and will no doubt contact them again if / when I need to move again. Thanks lads! Smashed it.
