Rachel, Chloe and the team helped me finalise my Dad's estate including the whole probate process and then the sale of his house. They were really helpful, professional and efficient. The process took a little time to complete due to some complications but it was all done methodically and meticulously so there were no issues. Costs were clear upfront and the final result was a little less than originally expected. A great team and a great service. Definitely recommended, and I would use them again without hesitation.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I sold a house recently. I was given a great price for the conveyancing, the owner replied to me very swiftly outside of office hours and the service was brilliant. I'd highly recommend Osborne for residential conveyancing.
