We had the pleasure of meeting with Nicole and Allira for a financial planning session and were very impressed. From the start, there was absolutely no pressure to make any immediate decisions, which really set the tone for a comfortable and open conversation. What stood out the most though was the educative approach they took— explaining each component of our current financial position clearly and making sure we fully understood our options should we want to change things. Nicole and Allira were genuinely interested in helping us achieve our goals and we are thankful to them both for the time they took with us. We have been clients of Silvan Ridge for over 12 years. We have been specifically looked after by Gene Youl and ably assisted by Pam Baker. The advice we have received from Gene has been first class and reflects his deep technical knowledge, but more importantly, he listens carefully to us to ensure he understands what our needs are before he starts offering advice.
