Look i always love coming to Charis seafoods & have been for the past 8 years. Its just getting busier & busier, harder to get parking & quite stressful as every man and his dog is there especially in the weekend. I guess that speaks to how popular & good the food & service is. So to summerise, if you don’t mind juggling parking & waiting in line, overall its a good experience with great choice of takeaway packages & a very good range of seafood & fish

It's a takeaway / seafood market. Located on the foreshore of the Broadwater, so it's nice in the park it's next too or by the water... Only a couple of tables at the venue itself, that faces the carpark. Though for a few steps, there's tables in the park area and am undercover table area. Can buy cooked... It's fresh and nice. Nice fat chips, soft calamari, fresh fish is quality

Pretty good! I’ve seen they feed pelicans and wondered it. I haven’t tried fish chips before but i can feel it’s pretty good fish chips. I ordered calamari small size and fish bites small as well, i relized i don’t like fish&chips but that’s my personal taste so i give 5 stars! (Calamari was good)

Best fish n chips in the coast. Made piping hot while you wait in line (can get quite long) It is very fresh, and the batter is perfect Calamari was not stringy and not over greasy, which is hard to say when it comes to fish n chips. Tremendous value for what you get. If I lived on the coast, I would go there every week.

Best fish and chips we have ever eaten. We came here twice during our week long stay in Surfers. Light crispy batter and crispy chips. SO GOOD. I would fly back just to eat this again.

Peter's Fish Market is a gem! The seafood is incredibly fresh, with a fantastic variety to choose from. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with recommendations. The fish and chips are a must-try—crispy and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making every visit a delight. Highly recommended for seafood lovers.

It was a smorgasbord of entertainment and dining. Following a recommendation from reviewer Jack Ryan, the potato cakes exceeded our standards. The seafood stick was another unexpected hero. The servings, alike the service was generous and considered. I left this restaurant feeling more satisfied and content than I could have imagined. Just like a fish being brought to the monger, fate brought me here. What is usually a casual meal has become a core memory. Thank you mongers.

Almost started crying, this was AMAZING!! Had the set with dory and and snapper. Fish was 100000/10 I was just bamboozled at how YUMMY it was? Came back 2 days later to eat it again omg delicious!! The potato scallops also 10/10! Super generous with the fries too there was way too much.

Best fish and chips I’ve had in years. Moist flaky fish with crispy batter and crisp chips. Only problem I kept eating as it was so good. Big portion too on the two person meal. Highly recommend.
