Even though Coffs Harbour is a few hours drive from where I live, it is our closest store. I called to ask about click and collect for a product that I wanted - Gail was incredibly helpful and was able to link me up with a local courier service to save me the trip to Coffs to pick up my purchase. Very, very happy with the customer service.
