Even though Coffs Harbour is a few hours drive from where I live, it is our closest store. I called to ask about click and collect for a product that I wanted - Gail was incredibly helpful and was able to link me up with a local courier service to save me the trip to Coffs to pick up my purchase. Very, very happy with the customer service.

Fantastic service from Kath yesterday. She was lovely. So helpful. Truly service focused and such a people person! Awesome experience for us seeing my husband is NOT a shopper! I’m coming back Kath! Thanks so much.

We had a small time frame in which to work and Matt met every one of these needs. It was the only furniture store that had the size lounge we needed for a unit and it was amazing value for money.
