The sales assistant who helped me when I came to the store was extremely helpful and lovely. Her name was Linda I think. I needed many items for my bedroom and she was able to locate them all, explaining the benefits and qualities of the items and showed me the best bargains. She also helped me carry some of my items to my car. It was the best customer service I had received in a long time.

Ordered a bed very last minute and Linda was incredible. Super helpful, thought outside the box so I could get my mattress quickly and the mattress was perfect. Thank you for all your assistance. 10/10.

Sam made purchasing a mattress today an easy experience, he was knowledgeable on the construction of the different types and answered all of my questions in an informative engaging way. Fantastic shop for all your bedding needs. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, presentable and represented their brand rather well. The shop was clean and well maintained. Definitely a place to start if you're looking for a new bed.

From start to finish the service was top class. Trudy was the initial team member that assisted me with purchasing our new lounge and she couldn’t of been more helpful. The online guide and virtual camera was such a bonus loved it. We were told 4-6 weeks for our Australian made product to be ready and it was delivered within 3 weeks to our house in perfect condition. 5 stars fantastic furniture.
