Many months ago I ve ordered 2 pieces of sofas and desipte an extended waiting period. The items didn't show up as we expected based the photos were shown at the time of ordering. However the team helped sorted all out for us and finally we got the correct ones a little later. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to ensure customers satisfaction in transcation where didn't go as expected. Thanks again.

Our first time purchasing from Tilleys, and what a great experience. I was in the store 5 different days in a row looking at suites and cushions. Sitting, testing the comfort and making sure the colour tones worked for our home. Nothing was too much effort for the team, and we even got free delivery. Wrapped with the product and service.
