How good is it to go into a store and receive exceptional customer service and support, that’s what I got at Original Mattress in Mildura today, young Emily was very helpfull, her product knowledge and recommendations were greatly appreciated, I will be back soon to get my mattress and won’t hesitate to recommend this store to family and friends.

I had to go in store and pick a different mattress as the one I originally picked was on back order. I spoke with Josh and he was nothing short of perfect, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, customer service was impeccable, couldn’t fault him if I tried. Thanks for the experience Josh.

Went camping last weekend, sadly realised that an inflatable mattress was more comfortable than the bed I have been sleeping on, in its defence it's likely older than i am. Went in on Friday, purchased a replacement & Julie arranged same day delivery. Warm welcoming and genuinely helpful. So much so we returned on Saturday and purchased a second bed. Again great service with seamless same day delivery. Excellent customer service and a great overall product offering. Thanks Julie.

Excellent service from Gavin and Jay. They came twice to deliver to my home and they were courteous and friendly. My whole experience with Bevmarks was very professional in store and delivery. Would highly recommend them.

Just moved into out new home and had the bed set delivered on the day of transfer. I was concerned the timing if delivery would not align with key collection. Great service during initial sale and delivery. We had an issue with our bases becoming squeaky a year later. They delivered a new one to my house next day no questions asked. Showing me they have a commitment to selling a quality product.
