I was served by a very helpful young man, who listened to my needs and helped me to make decisions I’ll be happy with into the future. He was knowledgeable and polite. The choices at the store are so numerous and varied, it was good to have someone on hand to help filter out things that would not suit my house. He also helped by carrying some items out to my car for me.

Can’t recommend this Orange outlet enough. Vyara in particular. We ordered a lounge which was delivered by another Eureka outlet damaged. That store wasn’t bothered to return my calls back over a 5 week period, I then called Vyara from the Orange store and told her the issue and she had it sorted within a week. Thank you again.

Had a great experience purchasing my first leather lounge from here. The service was fantastic. Not pushy, but really helpful and engaging.

My husband and I came into Lounges Plus Orange not really knowing what we were after, but had to furnish most of our house. Darren was really lovely and helped us with our vision. We left and came back after visiting other stores. Darren’s customer service was the best by far. If you’re in the area and shopping for anything from lounges to mattresses to tv units, ask for Darren.

My husband and I have been so impressed by the service and banter we have had with Darren and Scott at the Orange store. My family have also been and made purchases and have been impressed with the service. Thanks guys for your time, help and great information on your products. We will definitely be going back again for future purchases
